This technique consists of fat extraction or fat grafting using highly-controlled liposuction with the Body-Jet™ Lipotransfer machine.
During this same process, fat is filtered and then injected into the areas that have lost volume: breasts, buttocks, post-traumatic conditions, face (jaws and cheeks).
For breasts, they are filled at a subcutaneous tissue level and there is no injection directly into the mammary gland. This technique lets us increase the breasts by one full size and, most importantly, model the breast, providing greater volume where it is needed, for example in the upper pole of the breast.
When this technique is recommended:
- Women who would like remodelling of their chest, perhaps after pregnancy or after long periods of breastfeeding, when an emptiness in the breasts’ upper pole becomes pronounced.
- Women who do not want augmentation using prostheses, or implants. More and more women prefer this more natural breast augmentation technique that involves no foreign materials.
- Women who decide to take advantage of liposuction to then use their own fat for remodelling the breasts, buttocks or post-trauma areas.
Breast augmentation (breast implants, enhancement…) is the procedure that is most requested at the Dr Ana Torres Institute.
Breast augmentation using implants, a medical prosthesis, is done at the TEKNON Medical Center (Barcelona). Depending on the patient’s anatomy, the implant will either be placed under the mammary gland (sub-mammary level) or under the pectoral muscle (sub-pectoral or sub-fascia level).
The surgical incision may be sub-mammary, aureole or axillary. We always use German produced implants (Polytech Health and Aesthetics) and, in addition to complying with all controls and quality standards, they have a lifetime guarantee.

As we age, our faces change: more pronounced wrinkles, slackness, loss or elasticity and sagging skin, which is due to the loss of fat at a subcutaneous level that is in the cheekbones, top lip, cheeks and jaw line. All of these effects of aging are primarily due to the loss of collagen.
With Sculptra, we revive the production of collagen in just 3 sessions (1 session per month). You will see greater fullness, greater elasticity in your skin and a visible decrease in wrinkles. You will be able to see results after the first session.
3D rejuvenation may also include the injection of botulinum toxin between the eyebrows or in the expression wrinkles around the eyes, as required.
After the treatment, we recommend a session of Indiba (radiofrequency) to revive the skin and stimulate the tightening of the collagen fibres.
